As our University Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of both college hires and interns globally. You’ll work closely with the University Recruiting team to guide our college interns and hires, and continually find opportunities to improve our campus brand as an employer of choice.
What you get to do everyday:
Schedule interviews for intern, co-op, and student trainee positions for Zendesk’s growing global University Recruiting Program
Plan, run and lead online and eventually on-campus events for target universities, which includes company presentations, open houses, interviews, networking events, and meetups
Partner with Creative, Marketing and GDEI to develop collateral aligned with our brand messaging
Assist and support outreach and recruiting efforts across targeted campuses and affinity groups
Update and monitor recruiting systems
Create reports for the UR team
Design and run university swag distribution in conjunction with design and external vendors
Communicate and correspond with recruits on a regular basis, including referrals.
Help facilitate the intern, co-op and student trainee programs including on-boarding, mentorship and events.
Explore new opportunities such as fairs and sponsorships, at current and prospective universities
Some travel may be necessary

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in project coordination including internships, school projects, etc.
Strong organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail
Excellent technical skills, including significant experience using G-suite.
Strong interpersonal skills
