We are looking for an intern to join our amazing Talent Acquisition Commercial team! The team is growing tremendously and is a crucial part of our strategy to attract and hire top talent for Zalando across Europe.
As a Talent Acquisition intern focusing on our commercial operations, you will support the talent acquisition team in their daily business working closely with Supply, Markets, and Marketing. You will help and support the smooth flow of information to key stakeholders across the business, and provide an excellent candidate experience during our post hire/pre start process.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
Provide overall administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team
Acting as point of contact between the Talent Acquisition team, People Operations, Visa team and candidates or new hires
Support the Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment process with tasks such as CV screening, job posting etc. and contribution to TA projects
Work on our Applicant Tracking System with a goal of maintaining high data accuracy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Great communication skills in English.
Bachelor or Master in HR Management preferred
Customer oriented and willing to go the extra mile in order to support our candidates and new starters
Eager to learn and doesn't shy away from taking ownership
