As Senior Account Manager ZFS, you are the helping hand for partners who use the fulfilment service of our platform. You will be responsible for growing our partner base by acquiring new brands and creating tailor-made solutions for existing partners for end-of-life products. You will develop strategies that fit into the off-price strategy of our partners to ensure mutual growth. Furthermore, you ensure that the solutions sold will be executed at a high standard and on par with or beyond partner expectations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You are responsible for the strategy and the entire process for attracting new partners for the business unit Offprice.
- You build and deepen existing partnerships with medium to key accounts. You are confident in developing strategies based on the partner briefing and the insights you gain from available data sources, as well as the specific requirements of the service you sell. You ensure that the service you offer is embedded in the overall Zalando partner strategy.
- You are responsible for achieving acquisition targets, achieving monthly budgets, assessing opportunities and risks, and new initiatives.
- You independently drive the interaction with external partners of high complexity. Internally you build and maintain a network with relevant stakeholders to drive projects.
- You raise the bar in servicing your partners by ensuring a smooth settlement process. You challenge existing processes and procedures to constantly optimize the customer experience.

- 5 + years international experience in the fashion industry in either a sales or strategic partnership role with a proven record of delivering results through projects to scale and manage the partner base
- Sales affinity and goal orientation characterize you. You like to implement creative solutions and you are not afraid to analyze and improve on existing processes as well as implementing new ones. Dealing with change is also one of your strengths.
- Proven expertise and experience in negotiating partnership and commercial contracts. Developing engagement strategies to connect with senior partnership profiles come naturally to you.
- An agile mind, strong communication and influence skills are self-evident for you. Solid experience of developing strategic relationships and managing internal and external stakeholders, whilst working within cross functional teams, maintaining engagement and ensuring commercial momentum
- You should be able to excite our buying teams and your stakeholders with your passion and knowledge and be confident but empathetic as you confront challenges and drive successful outcomes. Excellent spoken and written English, German is considered a plus.
