We’re looking for a passionate and innovative design researcher for our Workspace Platforms design team that is specifically focused on the user experience into natural workspaces like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Workday Assistant.
The Workday Product Design organization delivers consumer-style experiences for complex business transactions. The Workspace Platforms Design team, in particular, is a talented team with a love of collaboration and finding simple solutions to complicated problems.
What we expect
Industry experience with multiple qualitative methods
Deep familiarity with the design process
Ability to get buy-in from stakeholders of all types
Eagerness to collaborate with cross-functional team members
The curiosity and capability of becoming a subject matter expert of the user types in a given space
The ability to dive in and learn our complex array of systems and interfaces
Be able to take what you learn and use it to be an advocate, voice of the user
Comfortable with sharing and presenting research findings in various formats and stakeholders
