Job Description
Workday is forming a high-performance Revenue Operations team to steer us toward our goal of growing from $4B to $10B in revenue. The RevOps Research and Insights group is a key player in fueling this growth by providing thought leadership in RevOps analytics. This team will uncover new insights, develop and test new analytical approaches and serve accurate and consistent insights to stakeholders that inform data-driven decision-making and facilitate company growth. The RevOps Research and Insights team will work across an assigned portfolio of metrics within the Customer Journey - Demand, Pipeline and Customer.
As a Research and Insights Manager, you will lead a team of Analysts to serve proactive insights for all stages of the customer journey.

  • Recruit and hire top talent for the Research and Insights team

  • Provide a clear vision for the team to support Workday’s business goals

  • Develop team members through mentoring, coaching and training

  • Implement best practices and process framework

  • Collaborate with the PMO office to coordinate and plan the Insights and Innovation project roadmap

  • Develop and drive data-driven insights to support strategies for stakeholders

  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and initiate projects

  • Monitor team performance and SLAs


  • 10+ years experience in Marketing, Sales, and/or Services analytics

  • 3+ years experience in a leadership/management role

  • Ability to drive collaboration and influence multiple teams

  • Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills

  • Excellent analytical skills, and expertise in presenting to non-analytical stakeholders

  • Proven track record managing stakeholder expectations

  • Knowledge of Marketto/Adobe/Salesforce/BI tools is a bonus
