About the role:
Create tools to proactively identify and escalate problems before customers are even aware of them
Categorize, measure, and report on trends in customer-reported issues
Empower the support team to avoid escalations through documentation and training
Collaborate across many products to help define goals and boundaries
Improve infrastructure and logging to allow teams to build more robust dashboards, alerts, and monitors

Excited to scale technical service architecture by finding patterns and trends in metrics and logs
A persuasive communicator who enjoys a fast-paced work environment
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a large, complex organization

A track record of detangling complex webs of dependencies
An aptitude for understanding customer problems and needs with empathy
A passion for teaching best-practices for resiliency to microservice developers in technologies like Java and Node.js
Experience with software analytics tools like Splunk, Wavefront, or Grafana
