Job Description
Workday is looking for an outstanding Manager, Solution Consulting HCM for State & Local Government. This is your chance to manage, lead and mentor a world class team of Solution Consultants selling next generation HCM and Financial applications.

Experience/Skills needed:
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing or leading a team of Presales / Sales Consultants
  • Minimum 6 years experience in Enterprise applications Presales for HCM in the State/Local Government space.
  • Experience presenting Enterprise Technology solutions in front of a technical and business audience
  • Strong technical and functional experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Expertise knowledge of Administrative systems around HCM and Finacials.
  • Strong presentation skills; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
