Workday is seeking to hire a Field Innovation Strategist.
This is your chance to further enhance and define the Workday story by serving as a liaison and knowledge transfer between Product Strategy, the UI/Tech Team and Sales, in order to identify technology trends and direction and apply that knowledge to field penetration.
By leveraging deep expertise in Enterprise Software (ERP) with significant experience in the role of Presales, Solution Consulting, or Sales Specialist, you will work collaboratively with Product Strategy, Sales and UI Teams to teach the Presales Org where we are going as a product and organization and more importantly, why we are going there.
In this innovative and strategic role, you will also:
Create a dynamic yet repeatable and measurable program to create consistency in value delivery in the Presales organization from Discovery to Debrief
Work with Presales and Sales to streamline new and innovative ways to make complex situations simple and consumable to the audience
Create and document a program for new Solution Consultants in HCM, FINS and Tech domains (EAs) with a predefined timeline that revolves around value messaging, business background, differentiation, connections, trends and delivery style.
Independently learn in order to stay in front of tech trends to continuously align messaging with the direction of business technology innovation
Within the program creation, focus on leading with Financials
Engage in prospect interactions, corporate storytelling, and deal support. Perform field Enablement, act as the product and strategy field liaison, and be engaged as an independent learner and avid, trend focused story-teller.
Experience and aptitude with graphic design practices and tools (eg, Adobe Creative Cloud.)
Travel 60% or more, nationally.
