At a pivotal and exciting time for the company, we’re expanding our vision of property marketing, telling the stories of each of our unique buildings across the world. The creative operations manager, property marketing, will be a cornerstone member of this small but influential initiative. You will play a role in establishing the processes and relationships to build a global library of marketing assets. Running day-to-day processes across internal and external teams, you will ensure all work flows run efficiently from start to end. Your goal is to communicate expectations, keep everyone on task, projects on deadline, handling the logistics and ultimately creating an environment for best-in-class creative to thrive.
Manage development and production of property marketing assets: Coordinate with multiple teams and partners to ensure the delivery of numerous projects, developing project documentation, requirements, and timelines.
Communicate and deliver asset information: Manage the transfer of information and creative assets for all property marketing assets across internal and external teams.
Manage contractor logistics: Facilitate smooth onboarding and invoice processing for our external partners.
Implement process improvements: Proactively create processes and efficiencies for the rapidly growing marketing team, facilitating better cross-team collaboration and project outcomes.
Manage job files and outputs: Maintain files and overall organization of sales assets and distribution.
4+ years as a project manager or producer in a fast-paced agency and/or in-house creative environment. Interdepartmental + global project management experience a plus.
Experience end-to-end managing both print and digital creative projects
Strong time management and prioritization skills with experience balancing a high volume of projects at a time
A demonstrated positive, solution-oriented approach to unifying and motivating project teams
Clear and effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, Adobe suite experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience in PM tools such as Asana, Airtable, Basecamp, JIRA or similar tools a plus
