Sr. Learning Operations Specialist

About the Role
Uber is looking for a Sr. Learning Operations Specialist to work with our US&C Learning & Development team, supporting the operations of all learning functions and providing world class support to our team members.
This multifaceted role requires a detail-oriented way of working and a strong passion for getting things done. A successful candidate stays cool and calm under pressure and is skilled at handling multiple tasks at once.
What You'll do
  • Support the scrum and sprint processes for the US&C Learning team
  • Administration of L&D requests via JIRA, such as triaging and assigning tickets to correct L&D POC, reporting on insights and ensuring data accuracy
  • Assign and monitor tasks to support project completion via Asana
  • Audit learning data and drive compliance in the learning management system
  • Maintain accurate project records throughout the learning project lifecycle
  • Maintain our team's internal webpage (Confluence)
  • Update the US&C learning asset storage catalog
  • Manage team communications including weekly training completion reports, bi-weekly newsletters, and monthly business reviews
  • Provide reporting for stakeholders using Uber Learning and analytics platforms
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support to the US&C L&D team

Basic qualifications
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets
  • Clear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Superior organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • A team player with experience working cross-collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with fine attention to detail

Preferred qualifications
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Tableau, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Experience in education, learning & development, training, instructional design
  • Experience working in a customer service environment (business process outsourcing, call centers, etc.)
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau, Querybuilder)
  • Three years of experience in operations or project management
