About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional individual to drive multi-channel customer acquisition! In this role they will be responsible for marketing in a high-growth environment using a full marketing mix.
To accomplish these goals, we're looking for a marketing champion to help grow the demand for Uber for Business (Travel, Eats, Health, and more). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing data-driven media strategies and tactics that drive positive return on investment for B2B companies. They will think creatively and analytically and work collaboratively across the organization. Additionally, you are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a "roll up your sleeves" demeanor and ambitious spirit.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate strategy for new product launches within Uber for Business. Lead the performance marketing roadmap across our various stakeholders: global marketing, content, creative, product, operations, and product marketing
  • Partner with cross functional performance marketing teams including Channels, CRM, Analytics, and Creative.
  • Execute and optimize media strategy and activities to drive acquisition and incremental usage while balancing critical metrics
  • Develop a pipeline for experimentation & innovation across marketing channels, audience targeting, and messaging, using A/B and multivariate tests to test hypotheses
  • Embrace knowledge of all changing media marketplace conditions, consumer trends, research/measurement evolutions, ad tech, and provide expertise internally to keep organization in the know
  • Clearly communicate marketing strategy & business need with partner teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics to monitor and adjust key marketing programs in order to improve growth
  • Help drive vision and execution as an important member of the Marketing line of business team
  • Work with Marketing Analytics and AdTech teams to ensure that all campaigns are setup and tracked properly and can be effectively measured. Including, but not limited to dashboards and KPI reporting
Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and agility to strategically communicate the relationship between marketing results and business outcomes to drive cross-organizational alignment
  • Self-motivated and strong collaborator, who encourages confidence and influences peer teams and partners
  • Outstanding critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment at a national company
  • Ability to synthesize data, make data-driven decisions and balance that with the 'art' of media strategy
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to prioritize information in a high level way to communicate key points to partners;
  • An upbeat teammate with a collaborative spirit and the ability to influence and unify the direct team, peers, partners and leaders across all company functions
  • Ability to promptly establish and communicate priorities and a passion for creating structure and overcoming organizational inertia
  • International experience a plus
