About the Role
The Manager of Customer Success - Operations leads the operational and financial success over a large portfolio of customers. They build alignment across functional teams and fully understand the levers that drive key performance metrics. They're responsible for the strategy and collaborative execution of the customer support ecosystem to deliver outstanding experiences across their customer base. They are encouraged to build operational efficiency amongst their team, set and implement strategic initiatives, and demonstrate strong management and team development capabilities. They'll work on both the internal and external-facing experience of our support platform to ensure our partners and internal teams are empowered to tackle issues as efficiently as possible.
What You'll Do
  • Work across functions to continually seek new solutions for team efficiency and customer logistics challenges
  • Drive forward the future vision of Uber Freight with our product team and help sell that vision to our customers
  • Own all core account metrics and goals across account management teams
  • Passionately prioritize the service needs of our customers
  • Hire and lead the best possible account management team
  • Develop process and system improvements to continually raise the bar of execution
  • Manage and prioritize critical issues

Basic Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage cross-functional relationships
  • Validated experience delivering results in a complex operational environment through strong execution
  • Relevant operations experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience solving complex problems under pressure and think critically
  • Ability to collaborate and work with a highly diverse set of internal and external partners
  • The ability to turn data into insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution
