Job Description
Build our data-driven recruiting reporting and analytics strategy to support an amazing and effective hiring experience - so that we bring the best talent to Twitter to drive our business forward.
This "Talent Intelligence Analyst, Global Talent Acquisition" role will report into our Director, Strategy and Operations. Partnering with senior executives and the People Analytics team, in this role, you will help build the strategic roadmap for talent acquisition strategy and initiatives by exploring and using data to inform key decisions. You will be tasked with getting a deep understanding of our key functions and leveraging data to inform leadership of trends, challenges and opportunities.
In this role you will:
  • Define, evaluate and report on key metrics for the Talent Acquisition organization on a global level.
  • Work closely with recruiting leadership to understand data requirements and deliver reporting and insights to support problem solving and business inquiries
  • Lead the talent acquisition data and insights initiatives. Work alongside strategic workstream drivers to ensure an iterative, data lense informs on projects. Responsible for advocating for continuous improvement via identifying clear measures of success as well as influencing process design to enable appropriate data capture.
  • Partner across all levels of recruiting leadership to provide data that will lead to more informed decision making
  • Scope requirements, design and support adoption for all talent acquisition dashboards maintained by people analytics function
  • Translate complex findings and data in a compelling and easy-to-understand narrative for non-technical audiences
  • Communicate analyses and recommendations to various cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Make recommendations to improve existing data-collection methodologies.
  • Support TA leadership on developing analytics capability/literacy across the organization.
  • Conduct ad-hoc reporting to support evolving business needs, time sensitive data requests to inform recruiting operations, insights to inform strategic initiatives and support quarterly business reviews.
  • Demographics research, reporting and recommendations to support sourcing efforts and decision-making.
  • Partner with various functions across TA to establish success measures across branding, training and various TA programs.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years experience in a quantitative analysis role, preferably in Recruiting and/or HR
  • Advanced Google Sheets (QUERY, pivot tables, macros, visualizations) experience
  • Capable and confident communicator who nimbly partners and influences at all levels.
  • Analyze data, provide insights and recommend improvements for recruiting strategy and operations
  • Experience in data storytelling and use of data visualizations to bring important takeaways and concepts to life. Creates cogent narratives and encourages business partners to critically engage in data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with Recruiting systems, technology and tools is a plus
  • Understanding of SQL, complex statistical methods, and/or experience with a programming language and complex statistical methods (regressions, random forest, etc.) is a plus as you will be partnering with our People Analytics team in understanding and delivery of TA requirements
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and experience building strong collaboration with partners
