To effectively support Twitter growth, our Technical Recruiting Team needs to operate differently to attract, deliver, and retain top diverse talent. As a member of the Technical Recruiting Team, you will have the support - and the responsibility - you need to make a difference on a grand scale.
Who You Are:
  • You are familiar with databases and customer service platforms (e.g. JIRA)
  • You are highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines, projects, and stakeholders
  • You have excellent project leadership skills and can keep track of deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups from meetings
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You take initiative, work independently and effectively prioritize
  • You are a strong multi-tasker and work in a fast paced, demanding environment
  • You are able to seek out answers and drive solutions autonomously
  • You are able to work with evolving systems and structures, demonstrating the flexibility to adapt to changing environments and regulations
  • You possess a strong presence and level of comfort engaging with team members and business leaders of all levels
  • You successfully demonstrate capability for creative problem solving and solutioning
  • You are willing to learn and are open to taking direction and feedback

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide calendar coordination, meeting and operations support to the Director of Technical Recruiting
  • Support the Recruiting Leadership Team in all organizational communication
  • Support the Recruiting Leadership team on coordination of offsites, events, meetings, and presentations
  • Document internal processes (created and shared by Recruiting Leadership Team) to support recruiting programs, onboarding, and business operations
  • Prepare data and develop standard reports, as needed
  • Track and process team procurement and invoices
  • Track Technical Recruiting team’s project timelines and deliverables

Qualifications
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or Business
  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a coordination role with event planning, project management, and calendaring experience
  • You have utilized Google suite
  • Previous Recruiting, HR, or L&D experience
