We are looking for a people-oriented, organized and experienced facilitator and project manager to join our Customers Learning Experience team.
Who We Are:
We collaborate with the Customers (Sales) team to create impactful learning experiences that inspire individuals and teams to go beyond. As we support internal revenue-generating teams, this role presents the opportunity to facilitate and lead our flagship new hire orientation program, #Wings, as well as the programs that support the learning experience and journey beyond orientation.
What You’ll Do:
Planning, Preparing, Facilitating:
Own the planning, preparing and facilitating of the New Hire Orientation program and other learner journey programs globally and prepare all the sessions and associated activities that Tweeps are required to complete as part of the program.
Facilitate the new hire experience and support learning journeys in all regions which will require thoughtful planning and execution with all the time zones.
Partner with learning experience coordinators to ensure a consistent experience and end-to-end logistics and communication for all online and in-person learning events associated with learner journeys.
Deliver Virtual Instructor-Led (VILT) and/or Instructor-Led (ILT) sessions to a high standard to a global audience in a consistent, timely and effective manner.
Generate enthusiasm for learning with participants and provide clarity about the learning programs and resources that are mapped to their learner journey.
Program Monitoring, Maintenance and Content Development:
Monitor the end-to-end learning experience and ensure the content is fit-for-purpose for the intended audience from orientation into learner journeys.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the content and/or learning experience on a frequent basis.
Partner, collaborate and engage with your team, vendors and business stakeholders to update and amend content in the pursuit of excellence.
Partner closely with talent acquisition, finance, and other learning teams within Twitter to ensure a seamless experience for all new hires.
Analysis, Measurement and Reporting:
Analyze and monitor the performance of the learning experience both regionally and globally.
Partner with learning experience coordinators to create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Provide monthly and quarterly updates to be shared in Executive Learning Council.
A passion for Learning & Development with 5+ years of related professional experience facilitating new hire and/or equivalent programs in a multinational, fast-paced and diverse corporate working environment.
Proven experience as a highly effective facilitator both virtually and in person.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology or related disciplines.
Passion for impactful learning experiences and serving as the ‘glue’ to help join the dots as new hires are oriented into the Customers Organization and set up for success as they progress beyond orientation and into an applicable learning journey environment.
Demonstrated clear and effective communication skills in both written and face-to-face formats with attention to detail. Ability to establish rapport quickly and easily with a diverse learning audience regardless of method (e.g . Virtual Instructor Led vs Instructor Led).
Ability to connect, engage and collaborate effectively with your team, business stakeholders and external vendors.
A love for teamwork and collaboration with a global team, balanced with an ability to be self-directed when required.
Ability to learn, understand and interpret technical data, systems and platforms.
Analytical skills to source, manipulate and produce insightful data reports.
Experience in project management and instructional design.
Proficient in Office Applications (e.g. Google Suite, Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Keynote, Survey Tools) and Delivery Platforms (e.g. Zoom, Google Meets).
