Company Description
Twitter serves the public conversation by encouraging people all over the world to connect, learn, debate and solve problems together. We believe conversation can change the world, and that’s why Tweeps (that’s what we call Twitter employees) come to work every day.
Job Description
Twitter’s Global Benefits team members are all over the world, in-office and sometimes remote normally, but for now we are all working from home because we are exercising an abundance of caution due to COVID-19. We stay #OneTeam through various ways including in-person, video and asynchronous meetings. Slack is our informal spontaneous communication vehicle.
Twitter has changed the way people communicate. Now we have an opportunity to change how employees feel about and interact with the benefits Twitter provides.
