Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Paralegal to join our legal team to support Twitter’s Litigation, Regulatory, and Competition team. This will require superb project management skills, the ability to develop relationships and collaborate across multiple functions, and the initiative to drive the adoption of litigation management principles throughout the organization. Among other things, you’ll advise teams on best practices relating to preparing for litigation, and lead the company’s work on legal holds and e-discovery. This is an important, and broad, role for someone with a passion for defending free expression and helping Twitter grow while staying true to its values.
What you’ll do:
In conjunction with lawyers on the team, you will:
  • Assist internal and external legal teams with case and claim management processes, including managing responses to discovery (document requests, interrogatories, and subpoenas)
  • Manage and maintain case files and other case-related documents
  • Supervise and manage litigation management tools and interface with e-discovery software
  • Implement and manage litigation holds and manage related inquiries
  • Develop processes to help the Twitter Litigation, Regulatory, and Competition team function smoothly and efficiently
