Twitter is what’s happening and what people are talking about right now. For us, life's not about a job, it's about purpose. We believe real change starts with conversation. Here, your voice matters. Come as you are and together we'll do what's right (not what's easy) to serve the public conversation.
The Engineering Team Development Organization is a new group at Twitter focused on helping Twitter attract top engineering talent across the globe and helping ensure that the teams they join are models of operational excellence, where individuals have the autonomy and flexibility to help deliver on Twitter’s top priorities. We do this by partnering with engineering to level-up operational excellence across the board and creating a system where we hire high potential teams and provide the training and coaching to realize that potential. Said plainly, we are what makes Twitter great!
