As a Revenue Strategy and Operations Manager, you will be a member of the US revenue strategy and operations team and looked to as a leader in the organization. You will build and execute core operational processes - such as business planning, reporting, and ongoing business operations management. In your role, you will also take up broad-spectrum special projects ranging from designing resource allocation models, yield optimization projects to managing roll-out, maintenance, and reporting on new sales enhancement processes/platforms and tools. You will work very closely with Senior Sales leaders in the Operations and Sales teams to quickly understand issues and implement solutions.
Be an expert in your vertical, staying fully up-to-date on the state of the industry, trends, challenges, key players, representation on other platforms and major industry events
Expertise in understanding measurement within the industry and the key 3P measurement partners
Conduct strategic industry market insights and analysis including competitive landscape analysis to help formulate go to market plans specific to your vertical
Actively participate in building Quarterly business reviews with the sales teams
Become a trusted adviser and advocate on behalf of your vertical with ads policy and policy operations, ensuring policy development, refinement, and enforcement are reflective of the changing landscape of the industry
Understand the biggest advertisers and potential advertisers, whether or not they are currently spending with Twitter, and what it would take to increase their investment or bring them onboard
Identify and steer global initiatives that are aligned to, and critical for, the vertical which you support
Contribute to opportunity identification and internal alignment on product enhancement and development that would accelerate revenue in the vertical
Contribute to the overall vertical and account level strategy to unlock deeper partnerships and increased revenue, for both the short and long term
Drive operational logistics including optimizing resource allocation across management pods, measuring progress against sales goals, and assisting in key sales management meetings.
Develop analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to plan and communicate short and longer term resource needs for the vertical
Work with cross functional partners (sales teams, revenue engineering, finance, HR) to ensure successful execution of key projects, while continually finding opportunities for ongoing program and process/system improvements and enhancements.
Help find opportunities to improve sales team efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale standard methodologies across other verticals
Develop, lead & report on key revenue and sales pipeline metrics
4-5+ years experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods space
Deep passion for Twitter and the Digital Media Landscape
Confidence in industry knowledge within CPG and the Digital Advertising landscape to be a contributor to ideation and implementation of product ideas, policies, and operational frameworks; a core skill set when defining and executing Twitter’s role within existing and new service offerings
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and set expectations to drive desired results

Analytical thinker and structured problem solver.
Experience working with sales operations function with similar needs and job function.
Experience researching and manipulating complex and large data sets.
Strong working knowledge and skills in spreadsheet and presentation software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfort working in ambiguity with a bent towards fast execution and iteration.
Project management mindset on task execution.
Familiar with SQL or any other form of database querying language a plus.
Bonus: MBA/MS or equivalent with specialization in marketing, finance, mathematics, business or related field
