What You'll do:
As a Recruiter/Sourcer at Twitter, you will partner with Talent Acquisition business unit leads and some of the industry's premier business leaders. You will collaborate with TA leads and Hiring Managers on all matters of hiring strategy, organizational development and offer negotiations. You will identify talent for the organization and manage the interview process from initial screen through offer acceptance.

You provide advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
You use a combination of recruiting and sourcing techniques to creatively evaluate and hire top talent
You act as an advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process, establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through
You project manage all components involved in the full life-cycle recruiting process
You are highly organized and can manage competing priorities effectively
You can extend offers, close candidates, and document results to further improve the offer acceptance rate
3+ years experience as a corporate recruiter or sourcer, preferably with 2+ years as an in house recruiter. A combination of agency + in house experience is ideal.
LinkedIn expertise highly desired
Experience using Internet recruiting methods, including sourcing products and applicant tracking systems is essential
Experience recruiting for corporate level roles in Sales, Operations, Social Media/Digital Advertising or Corp Functions is preferred
BA/BS degree or equivalent
