Job Description

We are creating a world-class team of media professionals, and seeking a Global Agency Associate to help our team develop business advantage and practices with our top global Agency partners.


  • Manage ongoing reporting and tracking of Twitter’s largest agency partnerships and business performance

  • Collaborate with Twitter’s Global and North American Agency Leads to provide analytical and creative support

  • Identify problems and provide turnkey solutions by driving scalable learnings and best practices across all markets

  • Communicate and collaborate with different internal stakeholders (inclusive of Product, Marketing and Sales teams) and external partners across global markets for a variety of client management tasks

  • Drive operational rigor with large, scalable externally facing programs

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail and a bias for proactively resolving issues

  • Preference for working on a small, collaborative team with minimal supervision and are able to adapt to a wide range of tasks and asks

  • Experience in project management and owning a process from start to finish

  • Aptitude for creative development and design

  • Passionate about working across multiple regions and interested in understanding global markets

  • Can easily adapt to dynamic business environments, new tools and technologies

  • Able to build internal networks and collaborate across teams to accomplish goals

  • Passionate about Twitter and our mission

  • Computer skills: Mac OS, Google Docs, Keynote and Excel proficient

  • BA / BS degree

  • 2-4 years experience
