The team builds product features, infrastructure and machine learning models to support this mission.
What you’ll do
Drive Twitter Search to be one of the top search engines in the world.
Lead multiple teams with diverse skill sets to deliver improvements to Search
Partner cross functionally to define mission, vision, and roadmaps across teams
Create strong collaborations with other organizations within Twitter to support Search.
8+ years of industry experience shipping software into production with 5+ years of experience managing one or more teams of engineers.
Demonstrated experience managing technical teams with experience in the fields of Search, Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Recommender Systems or similar technologies.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Research, Legal and Policy partners.
M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on machine learning, mathematics, or a related quantitative field or commensurate work experience.
Experience in any of C/C++, Golang, Java, Scala, Haskell, Python, R or other programming languages.
