We are a diverse and fun team that is looking for a Credit & Collections Analyst. In this role, you would help establish customer creditworthiness, ensure customers send payments, provide billing customer care, review bankruptcy claims, and help drive process improvements!
What you’ll do:
The majority of time in your day-to-day work in this position will be working and establishing relationships with our customers. This includes reviewing their credit applications, participating in email and conference call conversations, helping with any billing questions, and ensuring Twitter bills are paid within credit terms.
Additionally, you will help build and review credit dashboards in order to prevent at-risk customer industries from spending beyond their means, and help partner with our Legal Team to process any customer bankruptcy filings.
Last, our Team is adopting Digital Transformation and looking for creative ways to improve our processes and internal systems through technology. Some of the features we would like to focus on in the near future are Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Process Automation, improving our data integrity, enhanced reporting, as well as streamlining our system integrations. Who You Are:
Proven ability working in a customer-facing role which requires effective written and verbal communication.
General understanding of the Business-to-Business Credit, Accounts Receivable, and Collections processes.
Experience handling business bankruptcy claims and filings.
Passion for improving systems and processes to make the day-to-day work easier.
Experience configuring reporting or dashboards to help interpret data and create a story.
Familiarity with Google Suite Apps, such as Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and major ERP/CRM solutions, such as Oracle and Salesforce.
