Job Description

What you’ll do:

We are looking for a motivated team player to help drive Twitter’s execution of M&A, investments, and corporate strategy. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution, management, and integration of complex, multi-faceted deals and projects. This is an opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative team that partners closely with executives across product, engineering, operations and finance. The ideal candidate will be excellent at analyzing businesses, leveraging strategic frameworks, facilitating discussions, building relationships, and executing complex transactions and projects.
Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank, management consulting firm, or a technology focused corporate development / strategy focused role
  • Experience with a wide breadth of M&A transactions
  • Excellent financial, quantitative and analytical skills
  • Highly organized with great project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to drive projects cross-functionally
  • Can communicate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical teams
  • Undergraduate degree from a top tier program
