Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Leadership Development Program Coordinator, to play a key role in an exciting, fast-paced, growing and disruptive technology company. The Program Coordinator will be a critical member of the team. This is a high-energy position in a global company that requires someone who is a self-starter, quick to pick up new skills, and can work well with our global Twilion base. Reporting to the Director of Leadership Development, this position is critical in supporting Twilio's growth.
Twilio is looking for a Program Coordinator who lives the Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of supporting learning teams. They also have:
4+ years of experience with Project Coordinator and/or Program Coordinator duties; Bachelor's Degree or related experience required.
Previous experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS); Google Suite experience is a must.
Experience in project planning including resource management, scoping, scheduling and documenting progress.
Previous experience in a learning organization. Experience planning and implementing learning programs.
Identify and implement tools to gain feedback from managers, participants, and internal partners to ensure programs meet current and future leadership needs
Ability to work well under time constraints, handle multiple tasks and deal with sensitive and confidential information effectively.
Requires excellent Excel experience– Ability to handle large files in Excel with thousands of training records and multiple sheets.
Experience with pulling, analyzing, and contextualizing data into meaningful reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

BE AN OWNER: Maintain team inbox/Slack channels, including responding to learning requests, troubleshooting requests, survey feedback, and other communications. Handle registrations and attendance tracking for leadership development workshops.
WRITE IT DOWN : Develop, maintain, and champion a training results dashboard. Update and maintain completion records and surveys related to our learning offerings..

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well.
Tier 4 base salary range: $61,888.00 - $75,000.00
Rest of Colorado:
Tier 5 base salary range: $54,152.00 - $69,180.00
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
