Twilio Flex is growing rapidly and is looking for an accomplished dynamic Director, Agile Program Management to be an operational leader within the Flex Business Operations Team. You will grow and nurture a team of Scrum Masters to drive Agile execution within scrum teams that ensure we deliver the highest value in the shortest most reasonable timeframes. Your primary responsibilities will be to hire an outstanding team, mentor through regular feedback, and lead the team to consistently set the bar high. You will bring a palpable passion for Agile software development and program management, fostering a culture of collaboration, and possess a strong background in Agile, Scaled Agile, and other program management methodologies.
Twilio is looking for a Director, Agile Program Management who has/is:
10+ years in technical operations or managing programs at the enterprise software scale
8+ years of Agile experience
5+ years of experience as a people manager, including experience managing Scrum Masters (ideally also experience managing Agile Release Train Engineers [RTEs]), as well as building and leading geographically diverse teams
Held leadership roles in Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) settings; has familiarity with traditional project and program management methodologies and software development
Participated in or led Agile or Agile at Scale transformations
Excellent communication skills and the ability to give direct and empathetic feedback and coaching
A leader with vision on Agile, SAFe, and Business Agility principles and practices; has SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well.
Salary Range: $160,896 - $201,120
Rest of Colorado:
Salary Range: $150,840 - $188,550
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
