Role
The ideal Teamwear Associate can work autonomously, as well as in a team environment. The Teamwear Associate is part of a larger Workplace team responsible for making sure our factory customers (our Tesla employees) are happy at work. As a Workplace team, we ensure their facility needs are met so they can work to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.
A successful Teamwear candidate will be mindful of personal cleanliness while keeping the Teamwear area clean, organized and tidy. This position is physically active, requires the ability to prioritize tasks, and be mindful of urgent requests for all factory employees
Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean Teamwear environment.
  • Order teamwear and maintain par levels.
  • Maintain an accurate Teamwear inventory.
  • Keep workspaces and shelves neat and tidy including cleaning the teamwear storage.
  • Receive teamwear from the docks and transport to the teamwear storage including Conex’s using a pallet jack or walkie rider.
  • Work in an indoor and outdoor environment.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness when fulfilling Teamwear orders.
  • Communicate with management to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous Teamwear and customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Data entry experience. Must be comfortable using modern technology.
  • Working knowledge of Wrike system, a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with minimal supervision.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic and flexible with the ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have the ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a daily basis.
  • Ability to wear PPE: safety glasses, vests, shoes and hard hats.
  • Ability to perform repetitious duties, including stairs and standing for long periods of time, lifting, twisting, stooping, walking, etc.
  • Walkie certification and experience preferred.
  • A commitment to adhering to prescribed safety rules and guidelines.
  • Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal.
