Responsibilities

Develop, drive and implement staffing strategy and recruitment plan.

Lead engineer recruiting team to fulfill all job openings through high quality, high efficiency approach.

Initiate and manage all staffing policies, activities and programs.

Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates, HR colleagues, and external agencies.

Consult hiring managers on hiring needs, Job Descriptions and hiring process.

Create and lead recruiting projects to drive hiring progress.

Lead and coach team members to ensure team productivity and high performance.

Allocate resources and workforce to meet recruitment requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR team and corporate staffing team to ensure staffing strategy and activity is aligned with business needs and corporate framework.

Monitor external recruiting vendors and partners. Manage job postings and hiring channels.

Handle senior positions hiring per needs.

Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need.
Skills & Experience:
-
8 years+ staffing experience and at least 3 years recruiting leader experience in fast-growing organizations with proven track record of leading a team. with 5-8 years at a Talent Acquisition managerial position from industrial companies, corporate or the renowned recruitment agencies.

Recruiting experience from industrial, engineering, high-tech companies or the renowned recruiting agencies is preferred.

Hands on experience in addressing various staffing challenges and issues.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieve staffing objectives.

Strong communication and influencing skills, be able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions.

Strong candidate assessment skills and negotiation skills.

Able and comfortable working in a developing, fluid and constantly changing company.
