Role
Tesla offers a robust Parking and Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure. Parking and charging are available 24/7, we have over 10,000 parking stalls across all our Tesla sites worldwide. The Parking and Valet Coordinator is responsible for monitoring our Parking, Valet Parking and Electric Vehicle charging operation. The Coordinator works closely with the Parking and Valet Project Manager and is a crucial part of the Workplace Transportation Team.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor the daily activities of our Parking Vendor and adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Oversee vendor performance using our preferred Transportation Management System (TMS)
  • Ability to make decisions based on the scope and communicate them effectively to multiple vendors
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding Parking, Valet Parking and Electric Vehicle charging.
  • Manage vendors and suppliers to ensure safe, timely performance of the Parking and Valet program
  • Help deliver parking notifications and alerts to employees using multiple communication channels
  • Work closely with other teams from Tesla pertaining to requests, projects and needs
  • Effectively communicate changes and needs to all stakeholders.
  • Other assignments as required
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Parking, Valet or Transportation operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Proven ability to identify trends, develop strategies and implement solutions to drive results
  • Previous experience overseeing Parking and Valet operations
  • Excellent organization and time management/multi-tasking skills demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of project
  • Perform effectively in a team dynamic, as well as individually
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • CDL preferred but not required
