Position：Interior Quality Engineer-Field quality —售后内饰质量工程师
Responsibility：

Responsible for Interior field quality, tracking the Interior’s warranty performance and find opportunity to improve the Interior’s quality ;
Collect warranty data and analyze which issue can be controlled by plant, and is connect windows for service team;
Quick react all the warranty issue, distribute to different functions and tracking the progress;
Work with service team, make sure all the customer complain transfer to the Plant;
Go to the dealers to fully understand the customer complain and improve the quality based on customer feedback;

Requirement：

Interior experience.
Familiar Interior manufacture process includes
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering related majors.
Excellent cross functional team management skill
Good teamwork spirit and strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills
Computer Knowledge: MS Outlook, Word, Excel
Fluent English
