  • Field based body repair technical specialist that solves field escalations at Tesla Approved Body Shops and Tesla Body Shops
  • Root cause body repair field issues and report findings to engineering teams
  • Answer Toolbox cases, emails, and phone calls to address body shop concerns with highest level of response and attention
  • Provide training and quality assurance activities to continually improve customer satisfaction
  • Generate weekly reports of activities and findings
  • Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
  • ~50% travel based on business needs
  • Comply with all Tesla safety rules, guidelines, and standards


  • Certificate from Vocational School in collision preferred
  • Body Mater Technician - 10 years industry experience preferred, Tesla experience preferred
  • Expert working knowledge - frame equipment, welding, riveting, metal work, diagnostic systems, estimating platforms
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong computer skills - Microsoft office and cloud applications
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently in limited supervision environment
  • Ability to travel nationally and internally to support program needs
  • Capable of lifting 50 lbs and driving fork lift
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
