Associate Regional Network Manager, Tesla Approved Body Shop Network

The Role
As the Project Coordinator for the Tesla Approved Body Shop network, you will be responsible for successfully managing, developing, onboarding and validating existing body shops and new applicants in the Tesla Approved Body Shop network NA. Through these operations, you are a driving force in executing your team’s objectives, you have a key role in ensuring consistent job flows, communication, onboarding and customer satisfaction as you help onboard and performance manage our network of Tesla Approved Body Shops. You will be working directly with and our team of Regional Network Managers. This role has the option to work remotely from the NA region/time zone you will be supporting.
  • Monitor the data going into our Demand Market calculation
  • Prepare, review and manage applications for the TABS program
  • Perform initial applicant contact and fill out requirement score card
  • Procure and review Supporting Documentation from applicants
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual tours with Body Shops and your Regional Network Manager partners.
  • Successfully onboard Quality Body Shops into the program that are fully trained and equipped to provide an awesome customer experience
  • Investigate/root cause onboarding bottlenecks
  • Review daily CSI surveys. Root Cause each negative survey
  • Deep dive into each Escalation, build timelines, root cause and report findings
  • Send updates to the Body Shop network as needed
  • Manage the Tesla Body Repair website
  • Update daily reporting used by the Regional Network Manager team
  • Update/create/delete Body Shop user accounts as needed
  • Perform market research and analysis of the TABS network and identify opportunities for the team to become more efficient and effective
  • Support the Regional Network Managers so they can proactively manage the TABS Network.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; minimum of 6 months previous administrative experience
  • Evidence of exceptional ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
