The Studios Accounting Supervisor is dedicated to overseeing the day-to-day production accounting tasks for audio and video projects. The position’s in-office activity will be based in Los Angeles.

This hire will work remote to start, and eventually from our office in Los Angeles, CA.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate PO, vendor, and project set-up.
Audit production payroll and accounts payable submissions.
Review and approval of incoming AP invoices via spend management systems.
Track payment progress and communicate status to project managers, production managers and necessary partners.
Updating expense trackers and reporting of studio actuals and project budgets.
Maintain project timelines for multiple programs, ensuring all approvals and payments remain on-schedule.
What You'll Bring
A minimum of 3 years of accounting and/or project management experience.
FP&A or comparable Finance experience a plus.
Comfortable working in Google Suite and a Google Sheets expert.
Ability to work under pressure and set deadlines.
Self-driven, excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence, good judgment and professionalism when interfacing with internal and external vendors/partners.
Superior oral and written communication skills.
