The Studios Accounting Supervisor is dedicated to overseeing the day-to-day production accounting tasks for audio and video projects. The position’s in-office activity will be based in Los Angeles. This hire will work remote to start, and eventually from our office in Los Angeles, CA.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate PO, vendor, and project set-up.
  • Audit production payroll and accounts payable submissions.
  • Review and approval of incoming AP invoices via spend management systems.
  • Track payment progress and communicate status to project managers, production managers and necessary partners.
  • Updating expense trackers and reporting of studio actuals and project budgets.
  • Maintain project timelines for multiple programs, ensuring all approvals and payments remain on-schedule.

What You'll Bring
  • A minimum of 3 years of accounting and/or project management experience.
  • FP&A or comparable Finance experience a plus.
  • Comfortable working in Google Suite and a Google Sheets expert.
  • Ability to work under pressure and set deadlines.
  • Self-driven, excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence, good judgment and professionalism when interfacing with internal and external vendors/partners.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule to align with the needs of various global teams.
