We are currently looking for a rock-star to join our Compensation team assisting in developing, administering Sales Incentive Plans. Location New York, NY Job type Permanent
What you'll do
  • Owner of the global sales bonus processes on a quarterly basis through Workday bonus build out.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A, TA partners, Employees, HRBPs, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership team on the sales plans and process.
  • Be the go-to expert on all things related to sales bonus plans.
  • Calculate monthly bonus accrual for both sales bonus plans.
  • Maintain and update Workday with all bonus/commission related information.
  • Calculate monthly bonus accruals for all sales plans.

  • Provide professional guidance on our compensation programs which consist of cash and long term incentives.
  • Work closely with the HRBP's and leads of the business you support and provide them with relevant analytics and insights.
  • Work closely with our Talent Attraction team and provide guidance on offers for new hires and country transfers.
  • Lead and support compensation processes including the annual compensation review, promotion window, gender pay analysis, and many more!
  • Conduct job evaluations and make compensation recommendations for existing Spotify employees.
  • Create and own central compensation and benefits modeling and budgeting with the compensation and benefits team’s support/input.

Who you are
  • At least 5 years experience from working in a global, compensation function.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or other Business related field
  • Experience working in compensation, finance, sales operations
  • Understanding of incentive compensation plans to ensure payments are accurate, complete, and in compliance with sales/commission plan.
  • Data-motivated person who is highly detail-oriented
  • Analytical and ability to think of full picture
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment
  • Solutions-focused individual always striving to make processes better
  • Proficiency with Excel, including advanced complex formulas
  • Experience with using Workday,, CRM system (preferred but not required).
