We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Personalization Strategy & Operations team. This is a hands-on role where you will help multiple product teams build capabilities to promote and program podcasts. This role cuts across many exciting aspects of Spotify from Product to Content to Finance. The Program Manager will support leadership in the Personalization team by driving & tracking decisions and processes, creating & maintaining project artifacts, and sharing your knowledge and experiences.

What You'll Do
Organizing and building program roadmaps to align on clear scope and execution targets
Develop ways-of-working and drive decision making across multiple teams and locations
Implement and manage through any significant changes to ensure project goals are achieved
Set cadence and tone for stakeholder management and communication
Analyze and recommend solutions for potential risks
Ensure we are delivering sustainably and continuously improving
Mentor others to help build our project and program management capabilities
Work out of our Stockholm office with potential travel to Spotify offices in Boston and New York up to 15%
Who You Are
You have at least of 5-7+ years of experience from successful delivery of complex projects spanning multiple teams, functions and locations
You have worked with software development and are well versed with agile methodologies and values
You are extremely skilled at oral and written communications
You are truly a “do-er”, willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to help the program move forward
Familiarity with machine learning is a plus
