We are looking for a Product Manager to join Spotify’s User Fraud team. In this role, you will serve as the PM lead for a team of data scientists, security engineers, and ML engineers responsible for building tools and services at Spotify scale to detect fraudulent activity (Artificial Users, Account Takeovers, etc.).

You will work closely with our fraud prevention, mitigation, and operations partner teams in User Fraud, as well as cross-functionally with a wide range of departments on collaborative projects to protect Spotify and our users from abuse.
This role is based in New York, but will involve close collaboration with partner teams located in Stockholm.
What you'll do
Drive Spotify’s fraud detection strategy
Serve as the Product lead for a team of fraud-fighting data scientists, security engineers, and ML engineers focused on building clever and robust fraud detection tools and techniques
Partner with teams around the company to identify key opportunities to improve our capabilities and reduce the impact of fraudulent activity
Educate stakeholders across the business around fraud impact and strategy
Contribute to vendor analysis and engagement
Who you are
You have 3+ years of Product Management experience working closely with engineering and data science teams
You have 2+ years working in fraud, cybersecurity, business integrity, or similar (preferably dealing with large-scale consumer tech)
You have a track record of influencing organizations and of partnering effectively with cross-functional teams.
You have experience educating senior leadership
You know how to inspire, motivate, and support a team to get things done
