Learning & Development (L&D) is at the core of what we do. We are now looking for an outstanding Digital Learning Experience Designer (LxD) to join the GreenHouse - our L&D team. In this position you will design, produce and deliver and curate digital learning experiences on our Learning platform, to bring phenomenal learning opportunities for managers, employees and teams, to ensure that they are developing and can access professional development resources to grow.
You will make sure we have top of the class digital learning experiences that excites our users, and hits home, meaning - learning experiences built according to research, experience of what works, and sometimes experimenting with new formats, for how to make learning stick. You will collaborate with the L&D specialists in the team, and can guide your colleagues a trick or two since you are the specialist in the area.
If this is you, then you have a background and strong skills in digital learning design. You are passionate about how to make learning stick and you have a foundation in digital instructional design. You have experience in making engaging and exciting visuals as you will also be working on infographics, presentations and animations. Sometimes a video is the better way to present a message and you’ll produce inhouse videos, and sometimes the podcast format works better, and you have probably dabbled with podcast production as well.
This role will report to the Manager, L&D in NY. The position can be located in Stockholm or New York.
What you'll do
  • You will drive, design and produce digital learning solutions, from vetting needs, to setting the concept, creating scripts, to building it in our digital platform. This might include recorded videos, animations and even in-house podcast production, besides building straight-forward e-learning content.
  • You will build prototypes and mockups of interactive digital learning experiences by using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate etc.
  • You will support in curation learning content on our Learning platform, and contribute with ideas on further development.
  • You will enable and empower employee learning communities in our portal, and other types of peer-to-peer learning experiences.
  • You will share your knowledge with the team, and up skill the team in digital learning.
  • You will execute on the overall L&D strategy together with the team.
  • You will be a part of championing the Spotify values and cultural development.
  • You will work out of the Stockholm office

Who you are
  • You have relevant education in digital design, production, adult learning using digital tools, and you have advanced experience in learning technologies for blended and online learning.
  • You have 5+ years of working experience from digital learning production, self-directed and digital learning methods, graphic design, animations and video, with a focus on people development.
  • Your english is excellent both written and spoken
  • You have a passion for human behaviour, learning design, people development and make sure to keep yourself up to date in these areas.
  • You are great at managing projects, from start to end, you have the structure and stamina to see things through
  • You thrive in a working environment of constant change and high pace, we call it controlled chaos.
  • You know how to build enough structure in your day-to-day to deliver, but knows how to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • You are a self-starter, you can work independently but value collaboration as well
  • You are really good at communicating and can talk to partners in the business
  • You have a strategic approach when planning learning outcomes and a practical attitude when it comes to learning solutions.
  • You don’t care for prestige and you believe growth and development is more important than a fancy title.
