We are looking for a Coordinator to support our Global Music Programs team based in London (Flexible, European timezone preferable due to working hours). The role is focused on delivering programs that impact each of our 170+ markets for our key stakeholders: artists, the music industry & our audience while delivering results for Spotify. You will work closely with our market teams to identify new and develop existing opportunities for driving innovation in the Music industry.
What You'll Do:
Provide day to day support for Head of Global Music Programs & Global Music Programs team across Artist campaigns, Global Music Programs (e.g RADAR) & Spotify Consumer Marketing campaigns
Partner with International Music & Global Editorial team to coordinate quarterly global marketing planning
Collaborate with global cross functional teams to support the creative development for global music-owned programs including existing programs
Coordinate product workshops and trainings between central teams and markets
Coordinate team and program calls & office hours
Manage artist tracking & analysis tools alongside Spotify’s Content insights & analysis team
Work with cross-functional teams to manage PO & Invoicing for global programs
Who You Are:
Strong interest & passion for music
2+ years of experience working in the music industry either at a record label, music publisher or management company preferred - equivalent experience will be considered
Experience in marketing, social or PR
Experience & a willingness to work globally across multiple time zones
Proficiency in multiple languages preferred
