Are you an experienced Transformational Program leader with a ton of SaaS domain experience in the area of Customer Success and Retention? Are you passionate about transforming organizations by setting strategic objectives and defining key results? Do you excel at driving global cross-functional programs at scale? If so, we have the ideal role for you!
As a member of the Customer Success - Recurring Revenue Business Intelligence and Operations team at Splunk, you will be responsible for leading our entire portfolio of programs and projects in Renewals, including the successful delivery of a renewals management system, auto-renewals program, and predictive forecasting analytics capability. The Transformational Renewal Operations Program leader will work cross-functionally within the Splunk Organization, aligning resources, influencing priorities, and serving as a strategic voice for the program. This person will help us lean into governance around our programs so that leadership has visibility into what is on-going, what resource capacity looks like, and what programs/projects might be at risk.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement governance across all strategic Renewals transformation programs, ensuring all stakeholders have clear visibility to on-time pacing, roadblocks resolution, and key decisions
  • Manages the overall portfolio of programs
  • Monitors project dates, project milestones, and project schedule
  • Identifies scope creep and works directly with manager to ensure that all changes in the program/projects have executive buy-in
  • Work closely with Splunk Sales Ops, IT, CS Ops, Legal, and Finance leaders to support all aspects of the Renewals transformation programs across key Splunk Systems (SFDC, CPQ, Gainsight, Clari, etc.)
  • Facilitates meetings and other communication, including status reporting and meeting notes
  • Seeks process improvements, and works directly with team members to ensure processes are updated in real-time
  • May manage personnel
  • Does not perform any "hands-on" technical work Requirements
  • Technical writing experience is a plus
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, team player, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Results oriented person with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment

Key Requirements:
  • 10+ Years managing large-scale technical transformational projects and programs
  • Excel at decision-making, consensus building, and conflict management across cross functional groups
  • Understanding of project management best practices like agile, scrum, etc.
  • Experience with regularly used tools – JIRA, Confluence, Google Suites, etc.
  • Willingness and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Able to work independently.
  • A passion for technology and an ability to identify new opportunities for efficiency and productivity
  • Validated experience in a high growth, highly scaled SaaS environment
  • Experience managing project financials including an in-depth understanding of ROI
