This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an ISM Solutions Architect you will be responsible for:
  • Adopt a leadership role across a matrix team to develop long term, contractually bound technical service delivery solutions across a multi-vendor portfolio of imaging technology as well as biomedical assets.
  • Work with industry partners where appropriate to enhance the overall value of the ISM proposal to the customer.
  • Work with the broader Enterprise Services team to identify value-add elements to incorporate in ISM projects.
  • Engage with the North American and Global ES team to keep abreast of the growing portfolio and share your understanding of the market and the evolving needs of our customers
  • Develop and maintain a funnel of potential customers and active projects
  • Grow net new and renew existing integrated service business as well as explore expansion opportunities
    • Actively contribute to moving Services from reacting to market & customer events to proactively targeting, engaging, advancing, and advising customers

  • Experience in multi-vendor service or healthcare service operations
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry including current trends, challenges and regulatory activity which may affect Siemens customers
  • Knowledge of financial models and solutions geared towards customer specific situations
  • Ability to confidently engage with senior executives in the healthcare setting
    • Demonstrate Executive Level presentation skills with compelling content, messaging, creativity, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Strong presentation, brainstorming and communication skills
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel within the region of coverage and occasionally beyond

Required skills to have for the success of this role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the field of medical technology or healthcare operations
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Willing to travel up to 30%
