As the global HRIS analyst in Asia, you will be the key point of contact for APAC region of support, maintenance & enhancement of the Global Human Resources information Systems to all APAC countries using Global HR solutions. You will ensure HRIS consistency in APAC region with Sephora Global HR processes and related compliance with LVMH Group guidelines and ensure Global HRIS solutions rolled-out are fit-for-need and adopted successfully.

HRIS support and training for HR users across the region: As first point of contact for Sephora’s HRIS “My Sephora Career”; manage tickets and provide first level user support; train Local HRs and ensure clear communication between Global, regional and local teams; Act as a key advisor in supporting and helping the countries understand the Group talent system “LVMH Talent Connect” and its process requirements; Launch campaigns with Global guidelines for Local and Regional teams; Analyse and coordinate integration rejection with Global team; Manage mass updates needed by countries/regions
Driving system enhancements: Partner with local teams in identifying and calibrating process and solution enhancements; Gather and consolidate process and solution enhancement needs; Support implementations such as system & data integrations, system releases and testing

HR Analytics: Create and manage complex reports for regions and work with local teams to build reports to support local reporting; Build and maintain Sephora global and LVMH Group Reports; Manage mass uploads (compensation); Manage Local reorganization (business units, cost centers); Manage Local pick lists and referential; Audit data quality for Global reports in HR analytics.

You have experience in international HRIS projects; SaaS solution roll out is a plus
You are familiar with at least in one following HR domains: Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Core HR, Personal Administration
- You have functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or at least one of the competitor and curiosity to find new solutions (preferred)
You communicate effectively with various stakeholders: business sponsors, Sephora & LVMH HR and IS teams, Business Process Owners, HRIS managers of other Sephora regions, etc.
You have strong analytical capability
- You are organized, process driven and have a great attention to detail
You have strong working knowledge of Excel and overall computer skills
