About the Team

In the “Intelligent Spend and Business Network Group” we are developing cloud-based Software Solutions, which are supporting and transforming procurement processes in a highly innovative way with an amazing user experience. Together with the world’s largest business network, we are offering one Procurement Solution across all spend categories.
The Role
In your role as working student (f/m/d) you will support our Delivery & Release Management Leads in their day to day tasks and activities such as:
  • Creation and maintenance of wiki content
  • Creation & maintenance of management reports
  • Tracking and identifying of status & planning issues across planning tools (JIRA/AHA)
  • Providing ideas and suggestions for continuously improving the structure, design, format, and content of the wiki and the planning tools
  • Support for planning, organizing, and conducting team events and regular sessions like retrospectives, team building sessions, CFD process events etc.
  • Spot and resolve problems within the planning & delivery tools by collaborating with the item owners
  • The opportunity to experience teamwork in an international environment
  • Learn about how to organize software development & delivery in a global and cloud-native environment


Role Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Communication, Media, Business administration
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Confluence Products (Jira, Wiki) are of an advantage, Graphic editing programs (optional)
  • Language Skills - English (mandatory), German (optional)
  • Soft skills: Precise and detail oriented, good communication skills, open minded, responsible independent work and collaboration as team
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies - especially Scrum is of an advantage
  • Knowledge of Procurement processes is an advantage
  • Strong desire to learn and work as part of an awesome team

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
