ABOUT THE LINE OF BUSINESS

The mandate of the University Alliances (UA) Business Unit is to support the overarching SAP goal that students all over the world know SAP as the innovative leader in end-to-end enterprise solutions, and are enthusiastic to use SAP technology and work within SAP‘s ecosystem. Therefore we partner within our programs (Young Thinkers Program, University Alliances Program) with over 2.300 universities and 500 schools worldwide to inspire, educate, and co-innovate jointly.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE IN OUR TEAM

We are looking for a colleague (f/m/d) to create and shape an inspiring learning portfolio with compelling, superior, easy to consume, meaningful & innovative assets and formats for our community of young learners, teachers and lectures around the globe.
Your Contribution could look like this:
  • Define the portfolio and roadmap for our University Alliances and Young Thinkers program
  • Package existing assets and formats in an appealing way to provide an excellent learner experience to our next generation learners
  • Ensure consistency in the curriculum area, material, and platform to design meaningful learning path throughout the young learner’s journey
  • Evolve the learning experience to allow an easy and unforgettable consumption making use of the latest technology by combining physical with virtual learning methods and assets.
  • Engage on behalf of SAP with with governmental representatives regarding future teaching & learning in schools as well as with the SAP Eco-System for real-life show and use cases of our SAP platforms and products
  • Engage and team up SAP internally to leverage synergies with other SAP team and drive our ONE SAP mission
  • Be uptodate about our internal SAP product portfolio as well as market trends in technology and future learning and teaching trends


YOUR PROFILE could look like this:


  • Very good communication skills, including the ability to speak and write in English as well as collaborate with colleagues across matrix lines and virtual teams
  • Master’s degree in e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Learning Methodologies
  • Passion for learning, knowledge sharing and co-innovation with customers
  • Creative and innovative thinking combined with empathy for the target group of young learners
  • Good at concept development, deep understanding of integrated software and business development
  • Very good understanding of SAP’s technology solutions and customer success offerings
  • Very good knowledge of SAP learning and educational portfolio
  • Ability to create learner centric learning experiences and journeys around our SAP solution portfolio for our target groups
  • Excellent networking skills to be able to work with different stakeholders focusing on academic institutions and the SAP eco-system externally
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high quality work as well as acceptance and flexibility to work outside normal business hours, given the global nature of the role
  • Positive and solution-oriented mindset, team player, transparent and open to changes
  • Creativity combined with analytical skills and a pragmatic sense for feasibility and priorities
  • An open personality seeking to learn new things every day


YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE


  • 10+ years’ experience in software business and educational asset creation
