Summary & Role Information:

The GCS Partner and Workforce Management team actively steers our Partner Ecosystem across all cloud service domains (hyperscalers, hardware, software, and professional services) by introducing multi-year partner strategy and executing partner success tactics to ensure the optimal strategic sourcing. Another important pillar of the team is to drive workforce management by assessing required skill set and analyzing workforce planning (internal and external) for each GCS business unit, contributing to GCS´s successful transformation to the Cloud.


Within the GCS Partner&Workforce Management team, you will develop and learn to take responsibility for the following tasks:
  • Support in actively managing and developing relationships with partners.
  • Tightly monitor and drive partner delivery performance ensuring partners are fulfilling their contractual obligations.
  • Manage outward communication to facilitate understanding of organizational changes, strategy and challenges.
  • Support workforce planning activities focused on collection and analysis of insourcing and outsourcing demand.
  • Support driving GCS Transformation by introducing more partner collaboration and advising sourcing strategy.

Experience (Role Requirements):
  • A Bachelors or Master’s degree in business or Computer Science is required
  • Strong affinity for networking and building lasting relationships with partners and stakeholders across functions, levels and geographies.
  • Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure architecture and service models, and strong learning ability for new topics.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to express complex matters in a crisp and easy consumable fashion.
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Good at MS Office Suite esp. PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred skills & experience
This is an entry-level position for recent or upcoming graduates with 0-2 years of work experience
