YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As a Financial Services Compliance (Senior) Architect (f/m/d), you will support SAP Chief Trust Office and the Customer Information Security Advisory Team in customer security lifecycle from engagement to renewal.
  • You will support the Customer Success and regional Field legal teams building trust in SAP along all Customer lifecycle from engagement to renewal. While the role is generally global the focus will be to support Europe (regions MEE, EMEA-North and EMEA-South).
  • You will work with customer facing roles such as the Customer Success incl. Account Manger, Presales, Proposal management, Enterprise architects, etc. and act as the trusted advisor for Financial Services regulations, Security and Data Protection across SAP Solution offerings.
  • Regional legal teams will rely on you as FSI compliance and Security expert assessing and developing contractual wording regarding FS-regulations, Security & Privacy. Customer engagement will be mostly remote in a virtual setup.
  • You will build compelling knowledge cross solutions working with Security Architects, and subject matter experts inside and outside SAP Global Security to collect and maintain all relevant elements of service delivery and information security.
  • You will act as internal knowledge broker, assure availability of information to the broader team as well as availability of public and customer facing content.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Deep knowledge of regulations that apply to Financial Services with respect to “Outsourcing” around the globe but esp. EBA guidelines and MARisk
  • Solid background in Information Security Management System (ISMS), and global Data Protection Regulations (e. g. GDPR, CCPA)
  • General knowledge about technology and security measures of SAP solution offerings
  • Fluent in English language - Good German skills would be highly beneficial - with ability to present and negotiate, further European languages would be beneficial
  • Verbal and written communication skills presenting technical and regulatory information to C-level, compliance officers, auditors, subject matter experts and lawyers.
  • Experience to create, design and record collateral such as whitepaper, presentations, documentations, trainings, webinars, audio and video recordings, podcasts etc. with little guidance
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
