YOUR FUTURE ROLE

The SAP University Alliances Team (UA) is looking for an Executive Assistant (f/m/d) to support the global Head of SAP University Alliances in strategic topics as well as in time critical communications and deliveries. The role is limited to the duration of 1 year, starting September 1st, 2021.
Responsibilities include the following:

  • Support the global Head of University Alliances in daily work (presentations, meetings, etc.)
  • Collecting input/work on board requests
  • Support of strategic projects personally lead by the unit head e.g. the SAP UA Artificial Intelligence curriculum and other new content in close alignment with SAP’s strategy
  • Provides slides e.g. for presentations and keynotes
  • Support organizing team activities and team workshops.
  • Monitoring and guiding third party co-operations with due diligence
  • People management and development responsibility


YOUR PROFILE

  • Project Management
  • Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are a plus
  • Presentation/storytelling skills (e.g. for slides etc.)
  • Good communication skills for external & Internal comm
  • Good in office tools
  • Affinity to software engineering / technology (basic understanding)
  • Affinity to education / educational topics
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high quality work under time constraints as well as acceptance and flexibility to work outside normal business hours, given the global nature of the role
