We’re looking for a Sr. Analyst, Partner Learning who can help write and develop new and engaging courses and learning experiences for our incredible partner community. You'll spend your days working with internal and external stakeholders, writing and shaping technical and business content and working as part of a broader team to implement an e-learning strategy so our Salesforce partners can sell and implement Salesforce products.
In this role, you will:
  • work on a cross-functional team as an experienced course developer in charge of writing and designing role-based learning for our global partner ecosystem; you’ll also be responsible for implementing design standards across the team.
  • participate in discovery sessions and provide feedback to SMEs and stakeholders on how to best design and structure learning for a given audience.
  • drive execution of learning design best practices across the team and organization and continuously analyze results and impact for operational improvement. You will evaluate and assess instruction and its impact on learners and the business.

You have:
  • 2-4 years of proven instructional design experience, ideally using SAM, ADDIE, UbD or similar methodology
  • Experience integrating theory and practice to deliver pedagogically-sound eLearning experiences
  • Experience translating complex concepts into an easy to understand and digestible format
  • Experience writing for sales, partners, SaaS products, industry, and/or technology.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional experience in a sales enablement organization or in a SaaS pre-sales/sales role.
  • Experience using content authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Articulate Storyline
  • Demonstrated high standards for quality balanced with the need to get to market fast
  • Previous experience designing and implementing competency frameworks

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $64,000 b ase salary . You may also be entitled to receive bonus, and benefits.
