What does the Service Campaigns Director do?
Service organizations own the relationship with customers longer than any other department and increasingly they play the most critical role in the overall Customer Experience. Introducing our clients to our portfolio of customer service solutions - and helping them understand their transformative potential - is the role of the Service Campaigns Team.
Using a broad portfolio of B2B marketing tactics across the entire campaign lifecycle, the Head of Service Cloud campaigns, and their team are responsible for bringing the story of our Contact Center and Field Service solutions to market. You’ll be responsible for delivering on key marketing and revenue targets and managing the marketing budget for your solutions. Of course you’ll find yourself surrounded by a world class team of B2B marketers excited to partner with you and drive our collective success
On any given day, the Head of Service Cloud campaigns will find themselves -
Partnering with our Product Marketing team to translate the product message into compelling customer engagement tactics that help us reach Service executives and the IT leaders who support them.
Coordinating the output of our creative team to help in the project management of campaign execution.
Meeting with our digital teams to optimize our SEO, SEM, Display, and digital demand generation programs.
Ensuring your lead pipeline is effectively landing into the right follow up channel, and that sales people know how to best engage with each prospect.
Working with your immediate peers and on other product lines to determine synergy and cross-promotion opportunities.
Identifying new vendors and customer engagement channels through which we can effectively reach prospects.
Meeting with sales leadership to ensure alignment of marketing priorities with short- and long-term sales priorities.
Optimizing campaign performance with an eye to budget performance and KPIs.

About the Candidate
Deep understanding of the customer service market (contact centers, field service, customer experience, and related solutions.) You’ve likely worked in, or marketed to this space, and consider yourself deeply engaged in the market and their current business environment.
Enterprise application marketing experience, ideally from the campaigns, product marketing, or sales function of a cloud based B2B provider.
10+ years’ experience driving market demand and sales pipeline programs.
Demonstrated experience in leading others through influence - as opposed to direct reporting structures.
A keen ability to translate ‘messages’ into ‘market content’, and optimize the compelling delivery of that content through different channels.
Strong analytical skill set, and a high degree of comfort in working with reporting and BI toolsets.
The ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment.
The ideal candidate is likely a revenue marketing and customer service technology rockstar who knows what it takes to be successful in the enterprise technology market. You bring ‘B2C’ level engagement and excitement to ‘B2B’ marketing. You thrive in managing the growth, contribution, and success across our global marketing operations and you’re never happy settling for “the way things have always been done.”
Your general business skills are as sharp as your marketing capabilities and you’re comfortable ‘owning your numbers’ and you’ve got a lot to say on the topic of marketing to the Customer Service executive. You are comfortable meeting with executives, and confident in your ability to learn and take to market sophisticated enterprise applications.
You’re a true cloud marketing professional - And you’re ready to share your skills and enthusiasm with others.
