We are looking for an experienced Sales, Sales Consultant, Sales Strategy, Marketing or Programs professional to join the growing UK& Ireland Sales Programs team . The role will report into the UK&I Sales Programs Senior Director, and the position will be based in our London or Dublin office.
The Sales Programs team leads activities supporting pipeline creation and management for the UK & Ireland business and drives interventions to strengthen performance. This features a mix of demand Generation planning, coordination and execution based on analysis of key metrics and alignment with business priorities. This team works very closely with Sales leaders and d eliverables take the form of recommendations and ownership of the demand generation plans, campaign and programs creation/execution, sales/marketing alignment, sales enablement coordination, innovation and best practice sharing. As Senior Manager, UK & Ireland, you will also have people management responsibility.
Deliverables take the form of recommendations and ownership (initial phases) of the local Demand Generation plans, Campaign and Programs creation/execution, sales/marketing alignment, Sales enablement coordination, Innovation and Best Practice sharing. The successful candidate will regularly brief executives and own various cross-functional initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:
Exceptional problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, use data and analytics to hone in on priority areas, originate new solutions/ approaches, and develop recommendations so as to be equipped to be accountable for the pipeline target setting and demand generation activity for the UK& Ireland
Exceptional execution and programme management skills : Ability to create and drive structured pipegen programs with co-ordination of all contributors including strategy, sales development, marketing and global programmes so as to support the Sales organisation in achieving their pipeline objective.
Strong communication skills : Translating business insights into actionable recommendation, and using it to drive action both in the field but also with the management team
Passion for working with sales organisation: Interest in working with sales leaders to design and launch interventions in the field, and interest in ensuring full engagement and involvement of sales teams in relevant demand generation actions via ongoing communication and review of results
Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management ability: To own drive the cadence around pipeline in the UK& Ireland business, and track progress around pipeline management and effective demand generation
Desired experience
  • Extensive experience in a similar programs role or business development, sales readiness, marketing or sales, in a high tech environment. Combination of these is an advantage
  • Proven track record in driving demand generation / campaigns / programs through and with senior field sales organisation
  • Proven track record in driving demand generation / campaigns / programs and working closely with sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and quantitative approach to identify priorities
  • Highly collaborative style with strong influencing skills
  • Driven self-starter: curious, out-of-the-box, autonomous, with a proven track record of creativity and innovation
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency and a g et it done mindset
  • English proficiency is a requirement, additional languages a plus
