We are currently seeking a Professional Services Recruiter to join the team on Fixed Term contract (up to 12months)
As a Professional Recruiter, you will join our expanding EMEA Recruitment team based in the UK.
This is a super high-growth team proving exceptional support across multiple business units across EMEA.
To be successful in this role you will have a passion for recruiting excellence, the drive to develop yourself and grow with the business, and the expertise to support huge company growth.
What you will be doing ..

  • Recruiting a wide range of talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience

  • Proactively identifying new candidates for our EMEA markets with a focus on technical roles

  • Managing relationships with business leaders and engaging senior stakeholders, and current employees to help drive employee referrals

  • Managing the full life-cycle recruiting process

  • Negotiating and closing candidates

  • Utilising online research/cold calling to generate a pipeline of candidates

  • Networking with current employees to broaden our knowledge of “top talent” in the EMEA market

  • Managing weekly candidate tracking and reporting

  • Updating our internal applicant tracking system with candidate information

  • Partnering with other departments (Finance, Compensation, Employee Success) as needed

A bit about you...

  • 4+ years experience as an end-to-end Recruiter ideally in an enterprise software company

  • A proven track record sourcing, interviewing, and attracting passive candidates

  • Ability to articulate the value proposition and story to candidates

  • Skilled in cold-calling and building relationships by phone

  • Experience partnering and influencing Senior Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle

  • Strong ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities

  • Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment

  • Data-driven mindset and experience in generating and updating weekly recruitment reports

  • Business-fluent English
